Code of Conduct
NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
Garden of Eden’s (“GOE”) commitment to excellence in our customer experience is not only a guideline for how our staff treats customers, but also how customers are expected to treat our staff and other patrons. The GOE Code of Conduct ensures the health and safety of our valued and trusted staff and customers. GOE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not acting in compliance. Any customer failing or refusing to abide by this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the premises and depending on the severity of the issue permanently banned from all Garden of Eden locations.
IDENTIFICATION
No admittance to persons under 21 years of age. Please have ID ready. We will be checking it several times. Thank you for understanding. ID and online orders must have the same name for pick up.
PAYMENT FORMS
Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Cards are accepted forms of payments.
SMOKING
The consumption of cannabis in or around the dispensary including on the street, in parking areas or parked cars near the dispensary is strictly prohibited.
SECURITY
Premises under 24 hour video and audio surveillance. No loitering and littering in or around the premises.
PARKING
Street parking prohibited on Foothill Boulevard between 7-9am and 4-6pm. No parking in adjacent lots. Please park Apple, Locust or Ash Street.
PROP 65 WARNING
This facility contains one or more chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm.
HARASSMENT
We have a ZERO tolerance harassment policy. Any customers that are engaging in inappropriate behavior on store premises including sexual harassment, lewd behavior, or using inflammatory language towards our staff or other customers will be asked to leave and may be banned.
ATTIRE
No shirt, no shoes, no service. In addition, no hoods shall be worn while in the dispensary.
PERSONAL BAGS
All large bags and backpacks must be left at the front desk with Security. We will promptly return your bag back to you before you exit the premises.
MOBILE DEVICES
No cell phone use while at registers or inside store premises.
WEAPONS
No weapons of any kind are allowed on store premises.
RESALE
We sell recreational cannabis for personal adult use ONLY. Any reselling of cannabis purchased from GOE is strictly prohibited. If caught, you will be permanently banned.
By purchasing products including cannabis, cannabis accessories or non cannabis items such as apparel (collectively, the “products”) you acknowledge, understand and agree that your use of products purchased at GOE are at your own risk, and you accept GOE’s Terms of Service.
